1. Purposes of collection
We collect the minimum data required to provide access to this website. We process your data in order to:
- Initiate a subscription
- Provide access to the site for eligible users
- Troubleshoot for purchasing organisations and individual users
2. Data collected
We collect and process your personal data, by your consent, if you contact us in order to (a) enquire about or set up a subscription or (b) access support in using the website. The only personal data we collect is your name.
We collect and process data under contractual obligation to provide access to staff whose school/organisation has purchased access to the site for them. Staff using the site need only provide their school email address to gain access. Employee email addresses are the property of the employer and do not constitute personal data. Users are free to set any user name to register and need not use any of their personal details.
3. Data retention
We delete all data of past subscribers within six months of the end of a subscription.
4. Requesting data
You can request details of the data we hold relating to you and can request that it be amended and deleted.
5. Email updates
We send occasional email updates about our products and services to the email addresses of registered and prospective users. All updates contain details on how to unsubscribe.
6. Data sharing
We do not and will not share any data you provide with us with any third parties.
