About the course creator
I’m Harry Fletcher-Wood. As a history teacher, a head of professional development, and a researcher, I’ve always been fascinated by how we can improve teaching.
I’ve:
- Spent years researching and testing ways to teach better
- Read hundreds of research papers and observed thousands of lessons
- Written two books boiling down what I’ve learned about effective teaching and behaviour change
I know that planning effective professional development sessions is difficult and time-consuming – while welcoming visiting speakers is expensive, and has a limited impact.
I want to make it easy to create high-impact professional development sessions and programmes.
